Truckloads and pallets in weekly — new stock every week

FAQ

We're liquidators — not mystery box makers.

Peak Stack Wholesale buys liquidation merchandise by the pallet and the truckload from major retailers. Our Mystery Boxes come directly out of that inventory.

We don't assemble boxes, we don't open them, and we don't remove the good items before they reach you. What we receive is what we sell — and that is exactly why the mystery stays a mystery.

How we work

  • Raw and untouched. Inventory is sold the way it arrives at our warehouse.
  • Nothing removed. We do not pull the valuable items out first.
  • A real warehouse. We are a working liquidation operation in Central Texas, not a reseller of someone else's boxes.
  • New inventory weekly. Pallets and truckloads arrive regularly.

Do you know what's inside?

No. We do not open the boxes, so the contents are as much a surprise to us as they are to you.

Do you open the boxes before selling them?

No. They are sold exactly as we receive them from the liquidation stream.

Is a certain retail value guaranteed?

No. There is no guaranteed retail value, no guaranteed number of items and no guaranteed brands.

Will I make money reselling everything?

There is no guarantee of profit. Some boxes do very well. Others are average. That is the nature of liquidation, and we would rather say so plainly before you buy.

Can items be damaged, used or incomplete?

Yes. Merchandise may be customer returns, overstock or shelf pulls. Packaging may be opened, damaged or missing, and items may be incomplete or non-working.

What do markings like "Donate" or "Dispose" mean?

They are common labels applied upstream in the liquidation process and do not necessarily reflect the condition or usability of the item.

Can I return my Mystery Box?

No. All sales are final.

Do you ship?

Yes — Mystery Boxes ship nationwide. Pallets and truckloads are quoted individually.

Can I buy a pallet or a full truckload?

Yes. Contact us with your location and what you are looking for and we will tell you what is available.

Three ways to get it

What you pay to receive an order depends on which of these applies.

  • Pick it up

Free. Load at our dock in Manor during open hours — we have a ramp and a forklift.

    No charge

  • Parcel

Boxes ship nationwide. The carrier prices it from weight and size, so you see the exact cost at checkout.

    Priced at checkout

  • Freight (LTL)

Pallets and truckloads travel by freight. Price depends on your address, whether you have a dock or need a liftgate, and whether it is residential.

Tracking is emailed to you the moment it exists.

  4. On its way

If tracking has not moved two business days later, write to us.

What liquidation condition means

Merchandise comes from customer returns, overstock and shelf pulls. Here is what that means in practice.

  • Packaging may be opened or missing

Boxes are often damaged, resealed or gone entirely. The item inside is usually unaffected.

  • Items may be incomplete or not working

Parts, manuals and accessories can be missing, and some items do not work at all.

  • "Donate" and "Dispose" stickers are normal

These are applied upstream by the retailer and say little about whether an item is good.

  • Nothing is guaranteed

No guaranteed retail value, item count, brands or profit. Inspect in person whenever you can.

All sales are final. We would rather tell you this before you buy than after.
